What is "refurbished"?
Different companies have their own definitions of refurbishment. At Philips, we mostly refurbish products that are returned to us by customers within 30 days of purchase or from our subscription programmes. As a result, most products are unused or only lightly used.

Appearance
The product is completely clean! Each device is put through rigorous quality and performance testing. All products are sanitised, and hygiene-related components or accessories are replaced when needed (for example, shaver blades or kitchen appliances). Minor signs of use might be visible.
Accessories
Products have all of their original functional parts and accessories. Commercial giveaways are not included (like Aqua filters).
Packaging

Top your coffee off with a silky-smooth layer of milk froth. By using cyclonic frothing technology, LatteGo releases a powerful stream of microbubbles at a speed of 394 metres per second, creating a rich and dense milk foam.
Both parts of LatteGo are dishwasher safe
