Bauteil geht kaputt, Ersatzteil nicht lieferbar

Unser Standmixer ist Elektroschrott, weil dieses Ersatzteil nicht lieferbar ist. Wenn man sich die Konstruktion anschaut, ist nahezu klar, dass dieser „Kragen“ nicht ewig hält (Ich bin Ingenieur….). Dass dann noch kein Ersatzteilkauf möglich ist, ist eines Markenprodukts nicht würdig. Philipps wird zukünftig nicht meine erste Wahl für Küchengeräte sein.

Slecht ontworpen product - gaat makkelijk stuk

Ben al lang op zoek naar dit onderdeel. De constructie is erg slecht, zoals een andere gebruiker hier ook aangeeft. De plastic schakelaar zit in de kaag en breek makkelijk af, omdat er toch elke keer kracht op komt te staan bij het verwijderen van de glazen kan. Wanneer dit kleine stukje plastic afbreekt is de gehele blender waardeloos geworden, wat een slecht ontwerp. Philips schaam je! Dit was de laatste keer dat ik keukenapparatuur van jullie aanschaf.
