I first starting using it for my wedding and found that it was better than other products I had used in the past that either didn't work or had to be stored in the fridge. This made using it easier since I could keep it in my bathroom drawer. The only reason I prefer DayWhite is that wearing gum guards at night disturbs my sleep a little but the product itself (NiteWhite) is fantastic.
