What is "refurbished"?
Different companies have their own definitions of refurbishment. At Philips, we mostly refurbish products that are returned to us by customers within 30 days of purchase or from our subscription programmes. As a result, most products are unused or only lightly used.

Appearance
The product is completely clean! Each device is put through rigorous quality and performance testing. All products are sanitised, and hygiene-related components or accessories are replaced when needed (for example, shaver blades or kitchen appliances). Minor signs of use might be visible.
Accessories
Products have all of their original functional parts and accessories. Commercial giveaways are not included (like Aqua filters).
Packaging
Products are delivered in their original boxes or plain recycled boxes made of recycled materials.

The synthetic material of this vacuum bag filters up to 99% of dust and particles. It filters the air more efficiently than a normal paper bag and helps you get rid of airborne particles such as allergens.

The Philips s-bag® Classic Long Performance has been independently tested and certified by the TÜV Rheinland Group.
Hygienic closing system for easy disposal
The patented closing system of the Philips s-bag® allows for easy and clean disposal, without spilling the trapped dirt that is inside.
