handig apparaatje welk nagenoeg alle bestandtypen af speelt. zeer eenvoudig in de bediening geeft en prachtig beeld en geluid, zeker via de digitale spdif aansluiting is het geluid ongekend. in de beschrijving van philips staat vermeld dat hij alleen fat en windows geformatteerde schijven leest echter na het aansluiten van een in EXT3 geformatteerde schijf blijkt hij ook deze zonder problemen te lezen zodat ik alle met mijn humax 5050 opgenomen en op externe hdd overgezette programma's nu overal met kennissen kan bekijken. philips zou dit moeten vermelden want hier zijn een hoop mensen naar op zoek

Ich habe mir den HMP3000 bestellt, um auf meinem LG TV Videos schnell und einfach anzusehen. Festplatte/USB-Stick/SD-Karte ran und los gehts. Bislang habe ich noch kein Format gehabt, was er noch nicht abgespielt hat, jedoch habe ich nicht sehr viele unterschiedliche Formate hier rumliegen. Ich würde ihn weiterempfehlen!

Il lettore multimediale digitale per la home video ha cominciato a diffondersi nelle nostre case nel corso degli ultimi cinque anni. Per chi non lo sapesse, è un piccolo dispositivo che si connette alla TV via cavo HDMI. Semplicissimo da usare, basta il telecomando, è molto utile perché rappresenta l’unica qualitativamente valida alternativa alla riproduzione di video/audio da PC. Inoltre, proprio per la sua semplicità, il lettore multimediale presenta molti vantaggi rispetto al PC. Infatti, un PC multimediale ha un costo notevolmente maggiore e usualmente un consumo energetico piuttosto alto. Inoltre richiede una apposita scheda grafica con uscita HDMI e software specializzato per la riproduzione dei video in HD. Il lettore multimediale HD Philips HMP3000 è un prodotto molto ben riuscito. L’installazione è semplice e l’utilizzo è molto intuitivo. Può acquisire i contenuti multimediali da riprodurre tramite una porta USB oppure una porta SD card. I file multimediali da riprodurre possono essere memorizzati su hard disk o memorie flash. Design ottimo. Il lettore Philips HMP3000 sta bene ovunque lo vogliate usare, dal soggiorno, alla camera da letto, alla camera dei bambini, alla cucina. Si sposta con estrema facilità da un ambiente all’altro. Inoltre, come tutti i dispositivi periferici Philips, può essere comandato direttamente dal telecomando della TV, via easy-link. La qualità di riproduzione video/audio del lettore Philips HMP3000 è ottima, ed è in grado di soddisfare anche utenti molto esigenti. L’interfaccia grafica è chiara ed intuitiva. Carina la funzione di preview dei filmati quando si scorre un elenco. Il firmware per la riproduzione audio/video, aggiornabile via USB, funziona bene e dispone di tutti i codec necessari ad interpretare i formati audio/video esistenti, HD incluso. In particolare, il lettore Philips HMP3000 non si limita alla semplice riproduzione di file multimediali, ma consente, in modo trasparente per l’utilizzatore, la navigazione dei file componenti la struttura di un DVD o Blu-ray, come normalmente avviene con i lettori ottici di DVD/Blu-ray. Ovvero l’utente può navigare con il telecomando i contenuti di DVD/Blu-Ray memorizzati su Hard disk o memoria flash. Questa funzionalità, apprezzata da molti utenti, non è generalmente inclusa nei lettori multimediali della concorrenza. Infine la porta SD card risulta molto utile per visualizzare direttamente foto o video registrati su SD card da parte di fotocamere/videocamere digitali senza dover riversare su PC il contenuto della SD card. Conclusione: Ottimo Prodotto, consigliabile a tutti, bambini ed anziani inclusi.

It took me a while to find out but I think avid audiofiles should know It's not bad Quality at all and yes with the latest upgrade at least, it's full 24bit 192KHz which I found a very good match for my Behringer MS20 Speakers that support a 24bit 192KHz Optical input to which the HMP3000 of course has optical out. After ordering the HMP3000 I read some reviews on Amazon and found people liked this media player but thought it was slow at getting to and loading up media content. This actually scared my off buying a new external USB HDD !big mistake. When I tried it with my old USB HDD it worked a lot faster and smoother than I was expecting. Once the HDD was loaded in which didn't take long at all about what it would with a reasonable PC I cruised around my Hard drive as smoothly I would on a PC. I had the same experience when calling up the Videos not a problem. Maybe the earlier batches sold were more of a prototype no idea but the product is fully on it's feet now in my experience. The media player does include the ability to search your drives SD cards ect for media content in the background while you do other things placing all the media found in folders for the different types of media like Music, Video ect. I actually turned this option off but when I get my new Hard Drive I will probably turn back on as the drive will be actually for the media player not like my other one for the PC. All in all I found the HMP3000 a good universal device for media. It does take a little while to turn off.
