Se estropeó en poco más de un año. El servicio de atención al cliente perfecto
Mientras funcionó fue perfecto, pero se rompió la hélice antes de un año. Lo llevé al servicio técnico y me dijeron que era irreparable, y que habían retirado el modelo, así que me dieron a elegir entre otros dos modelos. Eso sí, ambos modelos de valor inferior al que había comprado. Los modelos que me dieron a elegir tenían menos potencia, y me explicaron que los hacían así, porque los de mayor potencia como el mío habían dado mal resultado. Tengo el nuevo secador desde hace casi un año, y aunque se nota que tiene menos potencia, de momento estoy muy contenta
