Philips Sonicare AirFlossRechargeable powered interdental cleaner

This is my third airflow, first lasted 12 months, second only 3. John Lewis exchanged the last one, but Philips customer care didn't respond for the first one. When it works it is brilliant. My dentist warned me that the newer version was unreliable, and the lady in John Lewis said they have a lot of them returned. Must admit it is unusual for Philips to produce unreliable stuff, their toothbrushes are good, but this is a lemon, a disappointment!

I bought this product originally two years ago. It does exactly what I hoped it would do. Unfortunately I have had four replacement models with a different fault each time. Phillips were very good and replaced each model, the last being 9 months ago. However, it now appears that as I purchased the original model 2 years ago, despite having a new model each time, I am now out of warranty and they will only give me a 30% voucher towards a new one! I will NOT be buying another one!

Nice product works really well until it stops, last two have lasted less than 6 months each. With a two year guarantee it means continual replacement, but finally the inconvenience of getting the replacement is not worth the effort, ( two nearest John Lewis stores have closed )
