Exceptional.. it's just better than the rest

I've used The 9400 edition for over 2 years (hx9917) it just does a great job. I recall it took a while for me to get used to the higher frequency vibrations on my teeth. But don't notice it any more. I unfortunately my unit did break which was replaced free of charge under my after care. Yay.. but whilst I was waiting for the replacement I have to go back to an older oral b brush I had.. only at this point did I truly appreciate the difference and superiority of this sonicare brush.. thank you philips.. customer for life

Takes a while to get used to brushing your teeth differently and for me at leaste the higher frequency vibration
