Portable DVD Player

The product arrived well packed, the instruction book was easy to follow and I had no trouble in opperating the product, I have found the product easy to use, reliable, it performs very well and has a very good battery life. I would recomend this product to friends and family.

We bought from Philips because we know they give good after sales support. The product is well designed and does its job. Our 3 year old has been abusing it for 6 months now, and the only problem was when we lost the mains power charger. Despite being our fault, Philips dispached another one to us by return post free of charge. That level of after sales service is worth any number of questionable extra features on other manufacturers products.

I bought this for a long trip for the children and had the simplest of installation process - from the minute it was taken out of the box and installed it took less than 5 minutes. So once installed I was very impressed at the quality of the picture and sound - the remote control made usage even easier. The only negative aspect is related to the attachment of the screen to the headrest as it doesn't feel tight and secure - at times the screen tilted sideways and needed further tightening. Apart from that, what a great buy and hope now it will serve us for years to come without any problems.

This DVD player was great with lovely large screen and very easy to use. I no longer have as it was returned as it would not read the dvds. I must say that Philips aftersales was very good.

Mijn dvd speler hield er na 3 dvd's kijken mee op en is in totaal drie keer gerepareerd voordat hij het zonder problemen deed. Deze problemen met een nieuwe dvd speler gaven mij wel te denken. Hoe goed is de kwaliteit van dit product eigenlijk?
