DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER
I am very disappointed as I have only used the refill cartridge for approx. 100 copies I now have a print out advising ink low and should replace item, this is an expensive item and would expect it to print the number of copies (500) as advertised. This item is not fit for purpose and would like a replacement. I now notice there are several other reviews from other disgruntled customers on Amazon ARE AMAZON AND PHILIPS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. PLEASE RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT PRODUCT ASAP
