Good product but needs more support

I can't really fault my ProPix 850, but product satisfaction s more than just being happy with the item. In order to use it to its full capability I expect to be able to get easy access to product support. Disappointingly, the projector was supplied with a "QuickStart" guide, which was useful, but where is the full manual ?? I can't find it on the website. Spare bulbs? Good luck in completing your mission! Don't just shift boxes, Philips, give us the support we need!

A quality product, looks well made, comphensive range of features on device

Cons

Poor support other than the QuickStart guide, hard to fully utilise all features without adequate documentation, purchasing spare bulbs (from UK) is a nightmare
