The replacement parts came exactly on tîme and they are perfect. I was a little concerned that they may arrive after I left for France do I bought an identical Shaver from Boots. That shows just how much I like the razor and the customer care that I received. It just could not have been any bretter as it was perfect.

Bought this as a second backup because I was unsure about the S5572 I bought as first backup. This shaver gave a good clean shave the first time that I used it and I prefer it to the ones that look like aliens.

The new cutting blades that replaced the old blades in my 6 year old razor are indeed a cut above any of the others.

This superb electric razor gives you a very quick and easy close shave well worthy of a 5 star rating. This is the best razor i have ever owned well done Philips.

I have always used Philips shavers and find them excellent. The only problem is their relatively short battery life. 1-3 years is the range for me. that is not many recharges and effectively means getting a new razor as the repair costs are not merited. I assume this is a deliberate policy.

This is my second shaver of this this type. The first, purchased four years ago, works/shaves perfectly and repeatedly in all different climatic conditions. It produces an absolutely 1st class shave. If this is your first shaver of this type, you will need to use it for about ten days until your skin adapts and you gain experience of use. I bought another one only to have at home and one in my travel bags. No point in paying lots more money for a shaver; this works perfectly and is also very durable with every day knocks and small drops!

Lighter and more responsive than earlier models. My only problem was registering the new shaver as the set-up seemed only to accept addresses and postcodes in USA. However it is now registered apparently. The power seems to last a lot longer than my previous Philips shaver though that also had a Lithium battery. Your high quality remains as always.

at last I got a shaver what goes at a good speed and the heads are better than other Philips shavers I've had in the past it goes at a speed like a shaver I had i.e. the shaver was a HQ7370 I SUSPECT that the new shaver has 2 batteries to drive it same as the old shaver
