Working well now!

This is to rectify my previous review which did not wholly justify my experience. Philips review staff replied to my problems and as a result I can now use the headphones on all my devices.My main area that needed attention was knowing that I had only 2 minutes after connection in which to go to the site that I wanted to hear.My only negative now is the low volume available to my hearing. In all fairness it is mostly due to the poor quality of the recording and diction of the people. Thank you Philips (Katerina) for the help.
