    My Philips Streamium does not connect to the network

    If you have connected your Streamium to your gateway router, and you are still getting this message, then you will need to make some additional changes under the network settings. The Getting Started guide has step by step instructions on what you will need to do before connecting - this may include calling your broadband provider and finding out about their DHCP settings, including whether you need to bind your MAC address, or set a proxy or DNS settings with a static IP address.
