The snoring relief band will only help you if your snoring is a result of sleeping straight on your back. If you also snore when you lay down in other positions, like on your side or your stomach, then it means that you have a different cause for snoring. In this case, the SmartSleep Snoring Relief Band will not be completely effective for you.
You are a position-dependent snorer if:
-
You snore on a regular basis – more than 3 times a week.
-
Your snoring stops if you partner nudges you or asks you to roll on your side.
-
Your partner confirms that you snore less when you sleep on your side/stomach.
-
You or your partner have noticed that you snore only when you lay on your back.
-
You or your partner have noticed that you snore more loudly when you lay on your back
If you can only sleep on your back or in an upright position, then the SmartSleep Snoring Relief Band will not work for you.
