My Philips ReAura LED face mask doesn't fit well

Both sides of the head strap can be adjusted. For a good fit, adjust both sides evenly.

The position of the strap on your head impacts its tightness. Move the strap up or down the back of your head to find the best position.

The head strap can be attached to either of the 2 matching sets of slots on the mask. If the strap is too loose or too tight and adjusting the strap doesn't resolve the issue, try switching to the other set of slots. 

While tightening the strap can help to avoid light escaping around the outside of the mask, it should not be uncomfortably tight or put pressure on your nose.
