2 year warranty
It's normal for some light to escape around your ReAura LED face mask, even when the straps are properly adjusted. Individual differences in face shape and similar factors can impact how the mask fits over your features, but this does not reduce the effectiveness of the LED treatment.
When the straps are properly adjusted*, in accordance with the guidance provided in the user manual, the amount of light escaping around the mask is safe for your eyes. Do not overtighten the straps to try to limit light leakage, as this can make the mask uncomfortable to wear.
*Refer to the troubleshooting article "My Philips ReAura LED face mask doesn't fit well" for additional guidance regarding adjusting the straps.
