My OneBlade doesn't charge

To resolve common charging issues with your Philips OneBlade:

  • Make sure that you're using the original charging cable provided. Do not use third-party chargers or chargers from other Philips products. Even if the plug fits in your OneBlade, it is not necessarily compatible.
  • Ensure that you're using a suitable charging method for your OneBlade. Philips recommends using a USB wall adapter with an input voltage of 10–240 V, an output voltage of 5 V and a power output of 1 A or higher. If you would like to purchase an adapter from Philips, click here and search for "HQ87" (subject to availability) or contact us for support.
  • Insert the plug firmly into your OneBlade, making sure that it's inserted fully.
  • Try a different power outlet to ensure that the problem isn't in the outlet.
  • If the charging light doesn't begin to flash immediately when you connect it to the power source, allow it to continue charging - it may take a few minutes before the charging light reacts.

If you've tried all of the above and your OneBlade doesn't charge, please click here to initiate a repair or replacement request.
