My OneBlade doesn't turn on

If your Philips OneBlade doesn't turn on when you press the power button, Philips recommends charging it until the battery charge indicator indicates that the product is fully charged.

Next, make sure that the product is disconnected from the power source before trying to turn it on. Because OneBlade can be used for wet shaving, it cannot be turned on when connected to a power outlet.

If your OneBlade is fully charged and disconnected from the power source and still won't turn on, please remove the blade and try to turn it on. If it switches on when the blade is detached, the blade is clogged or damaged. Clean or replace the blade as appropriate.

If you've followed the steps above and your OneBlade still doesn't turn on, please click here to request a repair or exchange or contact us.
