2 year warranty
To meet Philips' commitments to reduce the climate impact of our products, our newest OneBlade models were designed with repairability in mind.
This applies to the model numbers below - your model number will be printed on the back of your OneBlade handle, on the packaging it came in and on the sales receipt:
| Product | Model |
| OneBlade First Shave | QP1326 |
| OneBlade | QP1426, QP1446, QP1626 |
| OneBlade Intimate | QP1930 |
If your model is listed and your OneBlade is no longer working, please click here to register for a repair. Our professional Service Centres can accurately diagnose and remedy the problem, including replacing a battery or other internal component. Repairs are usually free during the warranty period, and a small fee applies thereafter.
Note: because OneBlade is designed to be waterproof and usable in the bath or shower, it is not suitable for at-home repair. Attempting to open the product at home may void the warranty.
The information on this page applies to the following models: QP1326/20, QP1326/30, QP1930/20. Click here to show more product numbers ›
