The Philips PicoPix 4350 doesn't have an integrated office viewer, if you want to project power point presentation please connect the PicoPix to your laptop using the supplied Mini HDMI /HDMI cable or the optional minidisplay cable PPA1270 ( depending on the output typa that you have on your Laptop/Macbook), and then start the power point presentation from your laptop.
