Why does my Philips printer LFF6020/6050/6080 still displays the "Toner near end" message even after I changed the toner?

  • If the old toner is still available, put it back in the machine and wait until the device runs out of toner before changing it.

  • Save the new toner and its chip card in a safe place.

  • If the old toner is not available anymore, contact the support service for assistance in activating your new toner.

  • Make sure the chip card for your new toner is at hand.
