Why does my Philips printer LFF6020/6050/6080 still displays the "Toner near end" message even after I changed the toner?

If the old toner is still available, put it back in the machine and wait until the device runs out of toner before changing it.

Save the new toner and its chip card in a safe place.

If the old toner is not available anymore, contact the support service for assistance in activating your new toner.

Make sure the chip card for your new toner is at hand.
