The Xtra4K Ambilight TV

This TV is superb to avoid any of the os problems get a firestick 4k max it's lightening quick and has access to every app that's worth mentioning these days . The TV simply ooozes quality and I cant recommend highly enough

I gave this five stars for the the picture quality and sound quality and the ability to download many apps to it. I watch movies from an external source input and so far the picture quality across HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby have been good. Little tweaky here and there with each film in relationship to picture size, but other than that, fantastic clear, crisp pictures. Audio from the TV through inbuilt speakers is good quality. There are many apps onboard,it takes a bit of time to learn what they provide Netflix, Disney etc are loaded, only needing a subscription. The ambilight is great, we use Sport mode quite ofte, and turn off the room lights, it's the best option to actually being at the game.Movies come alive, the screen seems to be much bigger, and definately provides more atmosphere. A fantastic addition to a home.

I gave this a five star rating as I'm more concerned with the picture quality and sound quality rather than what app i can get on it. Little tweaky here and there with each film in relationship to picture size, but other than that smooth and clear and crips pictures, and black blacks. Sound is via my home cinema so no issues there. However having listened to the TV with the inbuilt speakers good quality and clear sound. In relationship to the apps etc, you buy a TV to watch movies/ TV not what apps you can get. Disney+ and all the rest are there if you want them. Gaming is via an Xbox, and I found some lag on FPS. This was easily solved by turning off the VRR on the Xbox and letting the the in built game mode handle the rest. The ambilight is brilliant when combined with movies, and eases eye strain from around the picture. Excellent feature. All in all a fantastic set-up if you want a good picture and good sound.

Ambilight it is great innovation works superb! but very slow remote response and none of the option works for screenshare/ mirroring from phone or iPad.

I'm happy with the ambilight feature as well as the picture quality and other functions and features. However, I'm a bit not happy that the TV remote does not have repeat feature for YouTube etc especially if you want to play music.

The picture is great and we are really happy with yhe sound. The navigation is easy for my parents and kids which is unusual. I would buy again.

I have had this TV now for approx 3 weeks and absolutely love it. The picture quality is amazing on HD and 4K but can't comment on SD as simply don't watch programmes in this format. I always thought that the AmbiLight feature was a gimmick on Philip's sets, but I have now changed my mind - the feature is totally immersive and adds a whole new element to movies and other programmes. The actual TV appears to be a very high end product and build quality is superb. I can't comment on the sound quality as I have it connected to an A/V amp set up. Overall I am really impressed with the TV and don't regret not opting for a Samsung/LG/Sony. Hopefully I won't regret this in the future.

Excellent picture, so easy to set up. I had no trouble with the OS. Quality build as well.
