docking station for iPod/iPhone

Sounds really good for such a compact unit and performs really well. Great minimalist design - really stylish.

Good performance with modern design with Philips quality build. The flexible iPhone connector works very well with my son's iPhone and mine without having to remove case.

With a smart cool design, and a great sound. App for iPhone adds a great feature too!

Das Radio ist sehr gut und hochwertig verarbeitet, besitzt eine Aluminium Front und eine Aluminium Oberseite. Es sind nur die wichtigsten Knöpfe auf der Oberseite, was dem Gerät nochmal einen edleren Touch verleitet. Auch die Displayeinarbeitung in die Front ist sehr hochwertig. Der iPod sitzt im Dock sehr stabil und läßt sich auch im Dock noch einwandfrei bedienen. Auch der Klang offenbart trotz der geringen Größe des Geräts einen satten Bass und kann sich durchaus mit anderen Geräten in weitaus höheren Preisregionen messen. Das Radio bietet die Modi DAB+ (mit einwandfreiem Empfang), FM, Externe Audio Quelle und iPod. Die Modi lassen sich mit dem Standby-Button der rechten Geräteseite umschalten. Die Lautstärke läßt sich dank des dedizierten Reglers sehr einfach und schnell anpassen. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Let down by minor design flaws. Obviously not tested by customers prior to release. Presets difficult to set and when going back always goes to 20 and not minus 1. Lowest display is too bright at night. Buttons are too noisy at night. Off button is poor design very easy to switch to FM instead of off.

The product itself is a really good one. The only problem i have is the backlight, even when its on low the blue LED light is so bright it lights up my room, with no option to turn it off that i can find.
