Blu-ray 3D Disc playback for a full HD 3D experience at home
Full HD 3D provides the illusion of depth for a heightened, realistic cinema viewing experience at home. Separate images for the left and right eyes are recorded in 1920 x 1080 full HD quality and alternately played on screen at a high speed. By watching these images through special glasses that are timed to open and close the left and right lenses in synchronisation with the alternating images, the full-HD 3D viewing experience is created.

Hi performance bluray player at a reasonable price.
Near perfect picture out of the box without need to fine tune picture settings. The Qdeo really works on the DVDs. DVDs look much cleaner with the Qdeo video processing. The 7 channel analogue audio output enables those people still having a hi-performance amplifier/receiver without HDMI inputs to enjoy high definition uncompressed dts and dolby audio from bluray discs. Touch buttons on player sometimes does not work with light touch. Does not play some bluray discs that is playable on another Philips bluray player. Need for future firmware upgrade.

Easy to use and good features. common sense programme usability. reliable, and a very nice picture upgrade. does everything I have ask it to do. Fully backward compatability
