Kaffee schmeckt wunderbar
Vorab: Der Kaffee schmeckt wunderbaqr. Allerdings: Im Juni 2017 erhielten wir eine neue Milchkaraffe für unseren Saeco Incanto Kaffeevollautomaten, da die alte nicht mehr zu gebrauchen war (Schrauben des Milchauslaufs lösten sich durch abgebrochene Kunststoffhalterungen). Nun haben wir das gleiche Problem schon wieder! Eine Schraube hat sich gelöst, ist unbemerkt in den Behälter gefallen. Die restliche Milch habe ich zur Essenszubereitung verwendet, ohne die Schraube darin zu bemerken. Mein Mann hatte Glück, dass er "nur" auf die Schraube gebissen und sie nicht verschluckt hat. Inzwischen hat sich eine weitere Schraube gelöst. Bei so einer teuren Maschine dürfte es nicht sein, dass Ersatzteile solche Schwachstellen aufweisen!
