Machine great. Pads COMPLETELY UNOBTAINABLE!!!
Great product-no quarms there. SO FRUSTRAED YOU CAN NOT BUY THE REPLACEMENTS PADS ANYWHERE!!!!! Other pads don't fit it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Philips don't sell the replacement electrodes.
I used it for a month and although it provided a slight temporary relif to my pain, I was not impressed. I decided to look into buying replacement electrodes, as Philips recommend using the electrodes for only 20 treatments. On the Philips website they give a suggested price, but, Philips don't sell them. They re-direct you to other sites, but they don't sell them either. So after a web search, to find a supplier, it turns out that, only one store sells them, at 40% more than the suggested Philips price. This make it too expensive for me to afford. My recommendation is: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM.

i have purchased this tens unit for my chronic back pain and i am now very disappointed
i have been using this product for a year and i need new electrodes and cannot get them anywhere. i am having to buy a whole new TENS machine, at considerable cost. why dont you all make electrodes that will fit several units ? im very disappointed now.
