Grooming kit

I have no idea how many years ago I bought my Phillips Grooming Kit 5-in-1, but it is still in use with no signs of wear, except, perhaps the nose and ear trimmer which possibly needs replacing sometime. The unit charges easily, using 2 Pin Plug Electrical Travel Adapter into a 13A wall plug. When battery low, recharge for v10 hours.

Product easily performs the primary function for which it was purchased- removal of nose hair. It lasts a long time on one charge and also proves adept at removing other body hair and trimming facial hair.

I've not been clean-shaven for a long time (not that I'm dirty!), but having facial hair is not so much going for a look I like as preferring to spend my time on other things, so something that makes the job really easy and not require any preparation or much thinking suits me perfectly. I've now had 3 Philips groomers, and even when compared with those I've borrowed when away (some costing much more), there's no contest. Does what it says on the tin? Well, yes - and more - since its consistency and reliability doesn't appear to degrade over time. Replacements (always Philips, since friends know me) typically come as presents as they last for ages. If you don't have time to spend on grooming, but still want a job done well, this kit will do it all completely.

Acreditem, tenho este produto desde 2008 e ainda hoje trabalha na perfeição. A bateria aguenta-se bem como no início e o corte continua excelente. O aparador de precisão é do melhor que já experimentei. Comprei há pouco tempo um aparador Philips novo, mas ainda me sirvo deste com regularidade.

Excelente durabilidade, corte suave e preciso, o ajuste do tamanho do pente é muito útil e bem concebido.

Tengo la maquina desde el 2008, hoy necesito nuevas cuchillas porque las originales se me rompieron , pero no las encuentro en ninguna parte. Ojalá pudiese encontrarlas.

This is an easy to use product which enables the user to keep their facial hair neat and tidy. The plastic seems a little flimsy though and I fear it won't be long before one of the attachments breaks. The nose/ear/eyebrow hair trimmer is not very effective.

Having had this kit for more than a year I can say this is a very refined tool. The trimmer settings are easy. The edge trimmer is very smooth and gives a clean finish. The nasal hair clipper is good but make sure it is used superficial only. The charge holds well. Single charge lasts for atleast a week even if used on alternate days. I found cleaning quite easy as well!
