A great shaver with a good battery life, I can take it on holiday and not bother taking charger

Never really rated shavers, my beard is really hard and grows fast, ever other brand of shaver I’ve ever tried either left my beard patchy or the shave was so poor I’d have to shave again in the evening if I was going out! Now I can have a dry shave that isn’t as close as a wet razor, or a wet shave that lasts the day and evening, without the fuss of cuts. Very pleased with the Phillips shaver

Last philishave I had was a second hand one I had to go to uni in the late 1960s. Wasn’t impressed. Used foil razors and wet shave ever since. As I’ve aged my beard has got coarser and I blunt a foil razor frequently. Read reviews of the latest Philips rotary shavers, thought I’d give it a go. So far I’ve been favourably impressed with it. The trimmer works well to neaten my goatee, and buzz cut what hair I’ve got left. Using it in the shower is a plus, as is the ability to rinse clean.

A replacement for an older model, but much better. Quicker recharging and lasted three weeks normal shaving. Very close shave and I like the flexible head, but haven’t yet tried the wet shave feature. Cons are the position of the off switch is right under mt fingers where it gets switched off occasionally as I shave, and the need to change the head over before using the trimmer is harder than my older Philishave model, but otherwise an excellent buy.

First time I have used a wet and dry shaver. Gives an excellent shave using shaving foam, almostvas close as a "wet" shave.
