Shaver series 5000Wet and dry electric shaver

A great improvement on previous 3000 shaver . Sits well in the hand and in very quiet and shaves beautifully without a nick. Very pleased with this purchase.

After having used several models of the AquaTouch for many years, decided to give this new model a try. If you have been used to the Philips shaving system before, this feels at home in your daily routine. I use it for dry shaving, and the only downside is that it does not seem to collect the shavings as well as previous versions - so you end up with shaving bits around your sink or wherever you tend to shave. But this really is the only downside to previous models, the shave is more comfortable thanks to the multi-tilting head, and a lot less razor burn afterwards. Happy with my purchase!

This is a replacement for a philips shaver I purchased that would no longer charge. To be honest I think it is a massive improvement especially when used with shaving gel. I particularly like the new shaving heads that move with the contours of my face giving an excellent shave. One charge now lasts well over a week shaving once a day. I also like the carry case, useful for holidays. I have also used the hair clipper which is very solid and feels professional. The one downside is that I have now had 2 shavers replaced within the guarantee period so I hope this one lasts a bit longer. I must add that the philips customer service has been excellent.

Does all that was expected and versatile. Easier to clean than the other profucts

This came as a replacement for a near to end of warranty shaver. I cannot fault the shaver itself nor the service I received from the staff. My only criticism is that the travel case isn't large enough to hold the charger.
