A software update of my Philips player via USB has failed
- Ensure that you download the correct software based on your model * Ensure that your USB storage device can be detected by the player * Ensure that the extracted 'UPG' folder with the software files is copied to the USB flash drive. Do not rename the extracted folder/files and note that the ZIP file will not be readable on the set
