    My Philips Lumea app’s SkinAI features are locked

    If the SkinAI features for your Philips Lumea S9900 are locked, follow the steps below to unlock them in the Lumea app. 

    1. Ensure that the Lumea app has access to your mobile device’s camera.
    2. On the Lumea app’s home screen, tap on the button to open SkinAI.
    3. Point your mobile device's camera at the QR code located on the handle of your Lumea S9900. 
    4. After 2–3 seconds, your camera will verify the QR code, this will unlock the features and redirect you to the SkinAI overview.
