    Why do I get the message "Philips server not found" when I press the NET TV button?

    Your Internet connection does not work.

    • Check the Internet connection with your PC
    • Contact your Internet provider

    The Philips server does not work.

    1. Check this link.
    2. If you see a red LED light, NET TV is temporarily unavailable.
    3. A green LED light means the server is working again.
