Vorig jaar in April een setje gekocht, de voorkant v.d. verpakking claimt "meer licht" en dus dacht ik, go for it, jammer genoeg niet op de achterkant vd verpakking gekeken, daar staat een mini info dat de levensduur 250 uur is....en dat is dus niks als je de hele dag met licht aan rijdt...in augustus ging de 1e stuk en kocht ik een nieuw setje want ik had de achterkant nog steeds niet gelezen. Ik hgeb nu nog werkend licht maar ga gauw een setje long life lampen kopen. De verpakking, een of andere "luxe" kunbststof verpaking is een crime om te openen. De deksel heb je er dan een keer af maar probeer dan de lamp uit de houder te krijgen (en dan steeds eraan denken, "Ik mag die lamp niet met mijn vingers aanraken") Ik heb echt staan vloeken, dit is echt een onmogelijk Design, heeft vast niemand geproberd met een test panel. Jullie hebben de plank flink misgeslagen. Als ex-werknemer van Philips ben ik flink teleurgesteld

A los 9 meses se han fundido, acusó al servicio técnico y me dicen que es normal, que tienen 3 meses de garantía, animo a que conste en el blister y el consumidor sea consciente, compra calidad y dirán menos que las del chino
