BRC233 - Lumea IPL 9900 ProIPL Hair-removal device with SenseIQ Pro

This comes in a handy box every time store away. There is so much hype about these I wasn’t sure if it actually do what it says it does. So I done my skin followed all prompts pretty easy to follow. Back again after 24 hours followed the steps tbh was pretty simple to use and actually helped with leg hair, very surprised. Very easy to use and well worth the price.

I'm really impressed with the Philips Lumea IPL 9900 Pro. In my case, I've definitely noticed that my hair grows back much slower after using it regulary. The hair is also becoming finer, so I need to shave much less often. The device itself is really easy and comfortable to use. It’s lightweight, sits nicely in my hand and doesn't feel tiring even when treating larger areas. I also really appreciate the long cable, because I don't have to worry about being too close to a socket or constantly repositioning myself. I love that the app guides ypu through each treatments and helps make sure you dont miss any areas. The different attachments are also really handy for treating different parts of the body. Overall, its made at home hair removal so much easier for me. I'm really happy with the results so far and I love not having to think about shaving as often. Definitely a device I would recommend if you want an easy way to achieve smoother skin at home.

I always had a problem with fast growing hair. I tried Philips Lumea. It is easy to set up. It comes with an app , which remembers skin and progress. It reminds me about the next session. The product is easy to use. I didn't have any skin concerns after the first use. It feels like a little stink when it is working on the hair. I can't wait to see the effect after using it for a long time.

I hadn't tried IPL hair removal before and I did find it took a bit of getting used to. On my first try, I found it a bit too much due to the heat and the red flashing light and I gave up after treating one leg. My second try was better now that I knew what to expect and I managed to do both legs. I have sensitive skin and most hair removal techniques I have tried in the past have left my skin irritated, but I was pleased not to have any irritation from the IPL machine. It is now a few days after my second treatment and I can see a noticeable difference in the number of hairs on the leg I have treated twice compared to the one I have treated once, there are probably only about half as many hairs left. I found the app really useful as it helps you to correct your technique as you go and tells you whether or not you have good contact with your skin. Overall I am pleased with the results so far and I will carry on using the product.

Much lighter than previous models making it easier to use. Slight nip, easy and safe to use. Good for long term hair removal with reduced regrowth following consistent use. Very happy with the results!

The Philips Lumea IPL is a well thought out and handy gizmo. I'm a dark haired/light skinned woman. I did a skin check as required 24hrs before I started treatment. I was fine on the highest setting so did my lower legs the day after. No burning or side effects to report. The flash is very bright so try not to look at it. The size is very convenient and I love it comes with other adaptations for your bikini line or lower face. Easy to follow instructions via the app. Thoroughly recommend and doesn't take as long as I thought.

Ik had al een IPL-apparaat van Philips en was daar eigenlijk best tevreden over, maar die was inmiddels al zeker 6 jaar oud. Toch wilde ik graag iets waarmee ik ook mijn gezicht kon behandelen. Daarom heb ik de Philips Lumea 9900 Pro gekocht. Het apparaat is makkelijk en prettig in gebruik. De verschillende opzetstukken zijn handig en vooral het speciale opzetstuk voor het gezicht vind ik fijn. Het apparaat helpt ook met het kiezen van de juiste instelling, waardoor je daar zelf niet over hoeft na te denken. Omdat ik deze goed kan vergelijken met mijn vorige apparaat, merk ik wel echt verbeteringen. Ik merk dat de haartjes sneller minder worden en dat het resultaat ook langer zichtbaar blijft. Tot nu toe ben ik dus erg tevreden. Voor mij voelt dit echt als een upgrade. De prijs is wel een nadeel, want het is best een flinke investering. Maar als je het vergelijkt met steeds behandelingen bij een kliniek laten doen, vind ik het reuze meevallen.

Al een lange tijd ben ik bekend met het bestaan van IPL techniek voor thuis, maar nog niet eerder heb ik de stap genomen. Dat betekent dat ik tot nu toe vertrouwde op scheren en waxen. Allebei met eigen voor- en nadelen. Maar ik moet zeggen dat het gebruik van deze Philips Lumea Pro 9900 wel echt een toevoeging is aan mijn ontharingsproces. Het apparaat wordt geleverd met drie verschillende opzetstukken die grofweg in klein, middel en groot zijn op te delen. Hiermee zijn grote gebieden, de bikinilijn en oksels en ook het gezicht te behandelen. Het apparaat is handzaam, zeker voor de grotere gebieden. Voor het gezicht voelt het wat groot, maar het is wel bruikbaar. In mijn ervaring is de behandeling relatief snel uit te voeren en word je goed begeleid met de app. Zowel met audio als met beeld. Al na enkele behandelingen zie je dat het haar minder terugkomt of in ieder geval minder dik terugkomt. In de opstartfase betekent dit wel met een grotere regelmaat behandelingen uitvoeren en daarna is het iedere vier weken voor het onderhoud. Wat ik er verder over kan zeggen is dat de behandeling nauwelijks te voelen is op een beetje warmte na. Wat verder ook fijn is, is dat er een luxe opbergdoos wordt meegeleverd. Hier past het apparaat in inclusief de opzetstukken. Kortom, eigenlijk een investering die ik al eerder had moeten doen en blij ben dat ik deze alsnog nu gedaan heb.

Het allereerste wat opvalt is dat het ontharingsapparaat mega luxe verpakt is, het pas perfect in mijn interieur, een mooi linnen-achtig doosje. Ik ben mega tevreden over de instructies met de app, duidelijker kan niet. Ik vond het mega makkelijk te gebruiken en hoe je in het begin eerst je huid moet testen. Ik merk bij mezelf dat na 3 behandelingen ik al iets minder haar zie terugkomen, ik ben heel benieuwd hoe het verder gaat. Het is in ieder geval makkelijk te doen, kost weinig tijd en via de app krijg ik een melding als het weer tijd is om te ontharen. Ik doe het altijd voor het slapen als ik uit de douche kom, mijn oksels heb ik binnen 4 minuten gedaan en dat is inclusief àlles voorbereiden. Ik vind het een mega fijn, makkelijk en mega luxe product en ik ga zeker meer delen van mijn lichaam hiermee ontharen met de andere programma’s! Oh ja, ook handig te vermelden is dat het absoluut geen pijn doet, wel even schrikken bij de eerste zapje maar absoluut geen pijn.
