    The Audio Flash Counter of the my Philips Lumea app is not working

    The Audio Flash Counter counts flashes through audio collected by your microphone. If the flash counter is not functioning correctly, follow the troubleshooting steps below to fix it. 
    1. Ensure your Lumea app has access to your mobile device’s microphone.
    2. Ensure you minimise any background noise. Excessive background noise will be picked up by your microphone and interrupt the flash counter.
    3. Position your mobile device within an arm’s length of the area you are treating, with its microphone facing the treatment. If the microphone is too far away, the Audio Flash Counter will not function properly.
