Choosing the right combination – a breast shield only or a breast shield with the correct size insert – is crucial for a comfortable, pain-free pumping experience that supports effective milk expression.

Use the nipple sizing card provided in your product box. Take your time and measure your nipple carefully. Choosing the correct size will help you express milk comfortably and effectively.

We highly recommend measuring your nipple multiple times, especially if you’ve recently given birth, as nipple size changes during pregnancy and throughout the rest of your breastfeeding journey. Measure both nipples, as you might need different sizes for your left nipple and your right nipple.

After measuring and choosing your size, watch the “Checking your fit” video to make sure the inserts you’ve selected fit and you’re wearing them properly.

Measure your nipples once more after you have completed a full pumping session, to check if you still have the correct size. Some nipples tend to enlarge during expression. Switch to another size, if needed.
