Good product
Only criticism, in my experience either the vibration unit fails after about 12 months or the base of the glass charger fails in about the same period. I am now on my second sonicare and. 1st one vibration unit failed, now the charger with glass holder has failed - having to charge via carry case... Not great considering the money
