How should I use Philips TensRelief?
- First you apply 2 or 4 TensRelief electrodes on your skin;
- Then you connect the TENS units to the electrodes, and you switch on the TENS units;
- You use the remote control to choose a treatment program, treatment time and start/stop the treatment program;
- Besides controlling your TENS treatment, you can also read out how active you have been via the Day activity, Week activity and Month activity graph.
