Mycket dålig med inställningsinformation. Pappersöversikt saknas helt. Feltänk att man först skall installera och kolla på en CD innan man installerer denna. Borde i så fall funnits lätt tillgänglig på nätet med adressen på en lapp åtminstone. Även lite om konfigurering i Windows 10. Menyerna i skärmen är dåligt beskrivna. Måste skrivas av en riktig svensk och inte från Google translate.

il monitor rispecchia le caratteristiche tecniche ed è corredato di tutti i cavi necessari ( compreso il cavo MHP ) per essere reso immediatamente operativo. La base è regolabile in altezza per una miglior collimazione con gli occhi. L'audio potrebbe essere migliorato come il sistema di ricarica rapida disponibile da una delle porte HUB USB 3.0 presenti sul fianco. Il software di gestione prelevabile dal sito è per PC e su Windows10 stenta a funzionare. Non sono critiche ma particolari che potrebbero essere oggetto di una versione di firmware aggiornata, se possibile, come di una versione del software aggiornata per Windows10

We especially had chosen this 24 inch 4K Monitor for it's inbuilt Webcam and Speakers. Where the quality of the screen is excellent, the performance of the webcam and speakers are far below average. Had to sent it back unfortunately.

I decided to have this because it was the only 24" with 4K screen and webcam & speakers despite no reviews available at the time - august 2016. And instead benefiting from its niche status, Philips decided to sell a completely unfit for purpose product. I use it in a dual monitor setup with another 24" Full HD again from Philips and bought at the same time, with its own faults, but not subject of this review. So, the 24" 4K: 1. At times it decides to flicker therefore adding lots of grievance during use. 2. Other times it decides to keep the screen black, despite the computer powering on and running. 3. The sound from the speakers is annoyingly rubbish even for hearing impaired people. The microphone gives a lot of background noise. And, no, I am not rubbish with computers. I'd give it minus marks should the option exist. Don't waste as many hundreds of pounds as I did.
