Perfect soundCordless phone

Möchte hier keinen umfassenden Bericht schreiben. Hab das Telefon vor einiger Zeit spontan für die neue DSL - Anlage gekauft, mir gefiel einfach die kleine Schachtel. Zuhause angesteckt, es hat sich selbständig telefonbereit eingestellt und funktioniert seitdem. Um nichts muss man sich kümmern, die Akkus halten, die Reichweite reicht durch mehrere 30 cm - Altbauwände und -Fußböden, das schlichte, einfache Design erschlägt nicht mit Informationen, sondern vereinfacht die Bedienung. Es liegt gut in der Hand, der Angerufene ist kristallklar zu verstehen. Fazit: Wer einfache, funktionelle Produkte mag und wenig Geld ausgeben möchte ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Anstecken, benutzen und sich nicht mehr darum kümmern, so mag ich das.

Il telefono è leggero e molto maneggevole. La qualità dell'audio è eccellente in ogni situazione di collegamento, il volume è regolabile per il massimo confort. L'autonomia delle batterie è superiore alle mie aspettative così come il raggio di copertura del segnale. Facile da usare e di immediato utilizzo.

easy to use and good looking. simple set up and very clear sound . nice little phone!

On the whole it's okay. But doesn't always give a ring tone when trying to phone out

I agree with Moatlander. This telephone does not have good quality sound, in my opinion. I find it difficult to hear some people, which I did not find with our old 'phone. Unless I have not yet discovered it, there is no hands-free option, which is extremely annoying and is generally standard with cordless 'phones. It only holds 50 details in the address book, so we cannot include mobile numbers as well as land-line numbers; and seems to take an age to find the address book - not as simple as just picking up the handset and pressing a key. The telephone cord is also not very long so the base-unit is not sited in an inconvenient position because the wire would not stretch to where we wanted it. Very annoying and wish we had not purchased it. Cheap though, so perhaps that reflects the above issues. Would not recommend it.

I have absolutely no idea how anybody else has even got this product to work! The cable inside does not fit a BT telephone line, instead it's the shape of an internet DSL cable. Couldn't get it work with an adaptor either.

I can't believe how poor the sound quality is on this phone - much worse than the one that we've just replaced. When the person at the other end speaks, the sound appears truncated and the timbre of the other person's voice is completely altered. I have compared it with my mobile - there is nothing wrong with my hearing! We have tried to adjust the settings to see if it is set up correctly but have concluded that it is not working properly and will be returning it. I was using it close to the base station. I think that Philips need to get their quality assurance team to take a careful look at this model.
