Excellent it does help

Having struggled with grey days, dark nights and mornings I decided to invest in this product. It's not a cheap purchase and I was worried it would be a waste of money. However I read the reviews for this and others and decided upon this model. It certainly helps with waking up, I feel better mentally. I thoroughly recommend this product.

Great product, easy to use and well designed.

I've yet to experience the full benefits of the wake up light, but it looks like its going to be great when it gets dark in the morning - I don,t wake very easily in the winter. Easy to use product and very well designed - I love it. I should have bought the model with the radio.
