Philips Sonicare FlexCare PlatinumSonic electric toothbrush

Had mine for just over 6 years and only just caused a problem. On purchase of a new toothbrush (from the sonic range) I discover the problem was the base unit. Can purchase a replacement for £11.99 + p&p from online shop. Happy customer, thanks Philips

My wife and I both brought this product a few years ago now and we have been delighted with them. The range of settings for a strong or daily clean is impressive. They both hold the charge for a fortnight plus. All together one if the best purchases we have made. Personally I have always prefers Philip's personal care products to any others in the market.

This toothbrush works just as well as the other models. My dentist and hygienist are very pleased with the cleanliness of my teeth and good health of my gums. Battery lasts still over a week now (note I’ve had this for several years already) and still going strong. Keep it properly packed in its case and careful not to drop it so it still works well!

Such a thorough clean. Nothing comes close to this electric toothbrush.

Just bought this after it being featured as Which? Best Buy. It has replaced an earlier more expensive model which has died after 3 years use, yet the unit seems similar. Great product.

This is my 2nd purchae as unfortunately after4 yrs my original gave up the ghost ! I couldn't do without my Phillips sonicare toothbrush -since using my sonic toothbrush my dentist comments how clean they are -and have needed vey little dental treatment since starting to use this product .

Bought this on recommendation from 'Which' and my wife and are very impressed with it. A charge had lasts over 3 weeks - a great improvement on our last electric toothbrush which only held a charge for 3 days. We would recommend this to anyone.

Having used the main competitor's electric toothbrush for many years, I decided to give the Philips version a go when I saw it reduced considerably in price, and I am very glad I did! I like the different brushing action, and I perceive that it cleans my teeth more effectively. I have not yet tested how long the battery lasts, and I wish it didn't switch itself off after 2 minutes in timer mode. I have now been using it twice a day for a couple of months, and the brushing head shows little signs of wear. Delighted overall.
