If the display on the control panel shows an “error 3” message, the thermal safety cut-out has probably switched the fryer off. Let the oil or fat cool down and try to switch the fryer back on. If the fryer does not work, it has to be examined. In that case we advise you to take it to your dealer or to a Philips service centre.
