If you can't see your measurements in your Philips HealthSuite health app, please make sure you paired your Philips ear thermometer with your app. See the 'Preparing for use' chapter in your user manual for help with this.
The Bluetooth connection on your mobile device might have been lost. Make sure the Bluetooth on your mobile device is switched on.
The thermometer might have been switched off before the data was transmitted. Open your Philips HealthSuite health app and switch on the thermometer.
The measurement results will be automatically transmitted to your mobile device.
