The SENSEO Latte Select CLEAN button does not work

The CLEAN/CALC CLEAN button of your SENSEO may not work for several reasons, depending on what you want to do.


How to fix the CLEAN/CALC CLEAN button

1) Flush the milk container.

Make sure the milk container is placed correctly and filled with cold water.

2) Start the descaling procedure.

Make sure you have inserted the Calc-Clean tool into the coffee spout correctly. You can find the Calc-Clean tool in a recess behind the water tank.

If you have checked the above and the CLEAN/CALC CLEAN button still does not work and you are also not able to brew a coffee variety with milk, the machine may have a technical problem.

In that case, we advise you to contact the Philips Consumer Care Center in your country.
