It is a good weight - not too heavy or too light. It's easy to use and irons well. The only thing I don't like is the cleaning instructions which could be better.

This seems to be an excellent iron; good weight, smooth baseplate and good steam production. Worth spending a bit more for a good product.

Bought this to replace a steam generator as I can no longer lift the item due to an illness this was recommended by my family and I am very pleased with the product it’s easy to use

A fast and powerful iron, the Philips DST7020/20 Steam Iron helps me a lot to save time and leaves my clothes neat. I really like the design and the anti-dripping feature is something that I really love. All my previous irons were dripping water and that sometimes combined with scale was leaving stains on my clothes especially on the white shirts. This iron is not just fabulous with steaming, but it also has such an easy way to clean it. As per the plate, it glides effortlessly, and this helps me a lot. What I have always wanted to have in an iron, I have it with this Philips Steam Iron. The iron can be used vertically as well, and this helps me when I want to refresh my suit jackets, without leaving creases on them. In terms of capacity, it holds enough water to iron a few shirts without topping up the tank. Overall, I really like the product.

Always struggle finding a good iron but am really impressed with this one. It's not too heavy, and makes light work of the ironing. Nice fine mist of spray at the touch of a button and reaches its temperature quickly

As is typical for a Phillips product, the iron is well-made and feels robust in hand. I have used it primarily for my work trousers and shirts, and I can honestly say it has delivered the best results so far. There are no creases, and my clothes look professionally pressed. Once the water reservoir was filled, I was worried the iron would be difficult to maneuver. However, I was still able to reach all the awkward spots, and the steam function was extremely helpful. A couple of things could be improved: the instructions were a bit lacking, but at the end of the day, it’s an iron, and it’s not too hard to figure out. The length of the cord was limited when using an extension socket on the floor, although I understand it’s meant to be plugged directly into the wall. Overall, it's an iron that does a good job at a decent price.

I’m very pleased with this iron, which is incredibly easy to use. I didn’t need the instructions to set it up and get going, which is a relief as I was in a hurry to get something ironed quickly. When I did get around to reading how to operate it there was nothing complicated or difficult. It does a good job and has a very easy to fill water tank. It is comfortable to use and the steam function is good. It’s a shame the upright steam attachment for it has to be bought separately. The cable could also be longer but it’s good that it ties neatly around the base, which makes putting it away simple. Overall this is an excellent and sturdy iron that does what it is supposed to do - get rid of those creases!

This iron is very light and easy to use. There are several functions, but I always use it on the lowest setting. The steam function is great and it doesn't leak water. Simple and effective, I recommend it

An iron that you can trust from Phillips. So far have only used this to iron formal shirts and trousers and this does a perfect job, by perfect I mean not one single crease remains. My last iron was a similar price but always left creases and once actually melted one of the shirts (was not very happy). The iron itself has lots of various functions from heat settings to variable steam to make sure that the clothes come out amazing. Even where full of water the iron is easy to hold and move as it effortlessly glides across clothes.
