We loved all the features.
It was a replacement for an iron that was broken. This iron is the next level up from the last iron. Very pleased with the customer service.

An Excellent all round performer
This is the third time we have purchased this model. Good all round performer, nice long power lead, comfortable to use, glides over the clothes without sticking, easy to keep clean and if descaling routine is performed regularly does not spit calcium onto the ironing. Only complaint is that every one we have owned has expired at about 27 months, just when it is out of warranty. Perhaps we will have better luck with this one
