I love ❤️ Philips Perfect Care steam generators. I had one of the early models, which finally gave up the ghost today after quite a few years. There was no doubt the replacement would be yet another Philips. There were things I was used to that the replacement had to have. Powerful steam, detachable tank, no temperature adjustment, this has all of these and more! Tank is much bigger. Auto steam is great. Steams as you iron, stops if you stop. Additional steam boost! Much lighter than my old Perfect Care. Glides so easily over the items and so much quieter than my previous model. Expensive? Yes, but worth every penny.

In this throw away world it is fantastic to be able to get things repaired and not have to bin it and buy new. We have had many years of good service from this iron and when it failed, it only cost £40 plus postage for a new boiler and service, I posted it off on a Friday and it was back by the following Tuesday, with progress updates all the way. Thank you!

Great iron so slick smooth glides along makes ironing a dream. Only used mine once but have used another one which my son bought and was so impressed I had to get one for us.

Low noise level was the first welcome positive. I can now iron during early hours of the morning without waking my household. The automatic temperature control is great too. My younger child now irons without the fear of burning clothing. I was Happy with the excellent customer services you have that helped me to make the choice of best iron for me. I will recommend this iron to anyone that wants easy ironing experience

I always buy Philips but this iron is one out on its own once over your clothes and all of the creases are out it so powerful the water tank removes so it much better to fill and you can barley hear it so quiet I am so pleased with this iron thank you Philips again .

I’m 59 new to ironing , was using old heavy iron , I was putting more creases in than taking out.so I bought Philips steam generator iron WOW! I never thought ironing would be so easy. Very Happy. I’ve recommended this to family who hate ironing , given them a demo and they’re impressed.

I first bought this iron two years ago and it is amazing. i have had several steam generator irons from another manufacturer, but this has been the best I have ever owned. Last week my iron broke down and when I contacted Philips to ask about a repair they couldn't have been more helpful and even though my two year warranty had just ran out they were more than happy to repair the iron FOC. I have just bought the exact same iron and I now have a backup once my old iron is returned. Thank you Philips for a great service and product.

One of the best irons I have used. It’s preset temp makes ironing a breeze. Having tried on all fabrics i am happy to say it does not burn. The steam system is great and can provide a boost if and when needed. The water in take system is super quiet and quick to heat up. You can leave the iron and wait to hear the beep to know it’s ready to use.
