There is coffee powder inside/under the brew group.
Ground coffee inside or under the brew group can have various causes. Most causes are not directly due to a technical default.
Powder during first use
Some coffee powder was left behind after testing
We test all machines before they leave the factory. Although your machine has been carefully cleaned, there might be some coffee residue left. We guarantee, however, that the appliance is absolutely new.

Only use one stroked coffee spoon of pre-ground coffee using the coffee spoon provided.

Powder after some days of use
This is normal behaviour due to the fineness of the coffee powder
Because of the fineness of the ground coffee powder, some coffee powder residue in the interior and under the brew group is normal
Clean the brew group and the inside of your machine weekly with a damp cloth
There is an increase in the amount of coffee powder that ends up in the interior/under the brew group
The piston of the brew group is not well greased
Switch the machine OFF and wait until you no longer hear a sound (this can take up to 15-20 seconds)
Remove the brew group and rinse it with fresh water, paying particular attention to the filter on the brew group
Make sure the brew group is well greased. Refer to the video for instructions
Replace the brew group, coffee grounds container, drip tray and close the service door
